Description
Himalayan black salt is a type of rock salt that is obtained from the same Pakistan mines where pink salt is found. To get the unique taste this kind of salt is famous for, a deep umami, almost eggy flavour, the salt is cooked in a kiln with spices and charcoal.
Thanks to its flavour it’s a great way to add an egg-y flavour to vegan dishes. Try sprinkling on tofu scramble for a delicious taste.
