Easy Bagels

Who doesn't love a hot bagel? Straight out of the oven is even better! These bagels are so easy to make, they're sure to become a household favourite. Add a bit of our Everything Bagel seasoning on top, and you've got a real hit.

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups of self raising flour
1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt

*Optional: vegan butter to brush on the bagels, and topping (although once you try our Everything Bagel seasoning, it will no longer be optional 😏

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 C, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a reusable silicon sheet. 

Combine self raising flour and yogurt in a bowl and mix, then knead with your hands until it comes together.

Flour a surface, and turn the dough out onto it. Separate it into 8, and roll each section into a ball before poking a hole through the middle with your finger.

Place the bagels onto the prepared baking sheet, then brush with vegan butter, and sprinkle with seasoning before baking for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
